Live Transcript converts spoken instruction into real-time on-screen text, with supported languages varying by model and region. AI Quiz generates questions from recorded lesson content and shows overall correct-answer rates for the class. The integration with AMS means teachers sign in once and return to previous lesson materials, AI-generated summaries included, without re-authenticating.

Which three questions should K, 12 integrators take to Samsung before specifying AMS on a shared-display project?
The shared-display problem AMS targets is real, and AMS addresses it at the right layer: cloud-connected profiles rather than local workarounds. But the spec sheet leaves three questions that integrators should take to Samsung before a project is bid.
First, NFC sign-in availability varies by model. If a school’s use case centers on badge-tap sign-in, the fastest path for a teacher moving between rooms on a tight passing period, the compatibility matrix for NFC across the WAF, WAFX-P, WAFX-PS, WAF-S, and WAHX-M needs to be explicit in the project spec and system design.
Second, cloud-connected profiles require a reliable network. Samsung AMS’s value proposition, any teacher, any compatible display, same experience, depends entirely on the school’s network infrastructure. In districts where Wi-Fi in older buildings is inconsistent, the profile-loading experience may vary in ways that undercut the value.
Third, the Samsung Education Portal and the emergency-alert integration with InformaCast and Raptor both require setup and ongoing IT management. The Fast Swap program is available only to Platinum and Gold Education Channel Partners, so the dealer tier matters for any deployment where hardware-replacement speed is part of the value proposition to the district.
